Membership Info
Membership in the Catholic Daughters of the Americas organization is possible for women 18+ who are practicing Catholics. Annual Dues are $25 per member. Cathedral parish membership not required for membership in CDA.

Monthly Meetings (second Thursday of the Month @ the Cathedral Spiritual Center 6 - 7 pm)
September - "Sushi & Sundaes on Thursday" to invite guest and prospective members
September - Priest Appreciation Luncheon (Sunday 12:45 pm at Petroleum Club of Lafayette)
October - guest speaker or other activity
November - Memorial Services for deceased CDA members
December - Christmas Social with other Cathedral organizations and volunteers
January - April guest speakers or other programs and activities, Stations of the Cross during Lent
May - Crowning of the Blessed Mother
June - August no planned activities

National CDA
Day Mass
The Third Sunday of October is National CDA Day in which the Court Immaculata attends Mass as group.
Cathedral Picnic - Sweet Shop
Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist hosts an annual fall parish picnic at Cathedral Carmel School next to the church. CDA members hosts and provides sweets for church members.
